The arrangement was beautiful, however there was a time when I would receive an email when the order was delivered. I did not receive one this time. I was concerned and called FlowerNOW and they told me it was delivered directly to the recipient. I called the recipient and she said she did not receive any flowers. I told her that they said they delivered the arrangement. I told her to look behind her bushes at the side of her front steps. FlowerNOW was told to leave them there if no one answered the door. Of course they were there. I was a bit upset that I was told that they were delivered directly. They could have said that they were left off to the side of the house. Anyway, they arrived and they were as pictured. I have used FlowerNOW for a few years and usually am quite happy with them. I'll let this time pass. I still like the convenience.
